Someone asked if I had a blog. I didn't. But look, I do now! But what do I do with it? I have no real desire to share my activities with the rest of the world. I admire people who do though. I admire their enthusiasm. I quite like facebook. I don't know how you all use facebook, for me it's turning into a ritual almost. Every day I click on the Home tab at the top and read through the new posts, and then I try to comment on the ones that are interesting in some way. I don't really care how close a friend they are, I don't like to discriminate much.
But anyway, I'm gonna try and do this blog thing now. Because I'm full of contradictions...
Today is the hottest day of the year they said on the radio, something like 32°C. Scorching.
I got up at around ten this morning, and was annoyed that my mum heard me. I so wish to be alone sometimes when I get up. She was already firing questions at me at the speed of light, and I just tried to ignore her in the politest way possible. Were you not too hot, did you sleep well, not too sunburnt, you in late last night???? Aaaah! Patience, I tell myself everyday.
After breakfast I went to the Academy of Arts here in Antwerp, to sign up for a course in drawing. What an amazing building! If you get a chance you should definitely visit. You might get lost though, it's so big. My first class is on Wed, 2 Sept. I can't wait!

And this is only the entrance building...Then I went for a stroll to where the boats are, listened to my ipod for a while. They're building a new museum there, right in the middle of a dock, on an island or a peninsula rather. It's very impressive. It's red and it's massive.

I like it! Look forward to reading more! :)
